Dear SCOA contacts

Entries for the SCOA Championships at Hambleden on Sunday 23rd May are
now open privately to SCOA members. Please do forward this email to
your club members and ask then to go ahead and enter the event using the
yellow box at the top of the Fabian4 page accessed only via this link:

To enter the SCOA Champs, you need to enter by _AGE CLASS_. If you are
running late, please do not select a start time later than 12:30,
because we want you back in time for the COVID-friendly medal ceremony
at 2:30-ish!

Note that, at this stage, we are wanting to encourage SCOA members to
enter early. We will be opening up entries to the “general public”
on the 15th April. So, to make sure you get a Start Time of your
choice, please enter _NOW_!

Dear SCOA contacts.

I am organising the SCOA Championships and Chiltern Challenge at
Hambleden on Sunday the 23rd May. Here is a link to the web site:

We expect this event to get full quickly. To give SCOA members a chance
to enter this Championship event early, and before entries open to the
“general public”, I plan to notify you in advance when entries are
open to SCOA members. I will provide you with a URL link to entries on
Fabian4 for the event.

We plan to open up entries to the “public” on the 15th April and
will therefore share a link to this SCOA email list early on the 13th
April so you can forward the link to SCOA club members.

If you are the SCOA Rep for your club, could I please ask you to forward
this advanced entries link to your club members when I send it to you on
the 13th?
