The 2022 Jonathan Fairn Trophy named event will be the November Classic

The trophy is in memory of Jonathan Fairn,  TVOC secretary in the early days of the club.

It is for the best performance by a senior member of TVOC at a named event. This has usually been the November Classic, and "senior" has been regarded as "M/W40 or over" for many years. Previous winners are not eligible.  The winner is now determined by comparing ranking points gained at the November Classic (N) with those of the class leader (L) as published in the previous week on the BO website, using the formula    JF points =6000*(N/L)
