tvb-library 2.0 alpha release

Dear all,

tvb-library package, version 2.0, is available now on Pypi, as an alpha release:

The API is slightly changed, but it has Python 3 support.

The documentation is currently in work, and only available in raw form here:

https://github.com/the-virtual-brain/tvb-documentation/tree/mh-neotraits-experimental

We would appreciate if the most courageous of you download and give it a try.
