Hi! I´m a new user with little experience with programming, so I´ve been looking for datasets to upload to TVB and run the simulation, however, I think the best result I got  was with the connectivity ZIP that has the areas, average_orientations, centers, cortical, tract lenght and weights files. Do you now any repository that has files accomodated and ready to upload? or it always requires to work with the files to match what TVB asks? if so can you give me some tipos on how to do that? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi,

Here we have few connectivities which are ready to use in tvb:

Details on what a Connectivity is viewed in tvb cane be read here:

An example on how to build a TVB Connectivity in code here:

I hope these help a little.

Best,
Lia.

Thank you very much, it helped. What I did was to load the connectivity and tract_lenght as .csv,  and use the default long range connectivity as reference for this values. However, the data I entered has 85 nodes, while the long range connectivity does not have that exact option, the closer has 96 nodes, what could I do to solve this issue? thank you in advance for our kind response.

Could a manual edit of the connectivity files, and picking the right 85 regions work for you?
You would then need to produce a complete connectivity_85.zip, similar with the examples from here: https://github.com/the-virtual-brain/tvb-data/tree/master/tvb_data/connectivity

Best,
Lia
