Hello !

I'm a phd student currently working with TVB to simulate brain processes in a specific brain area.

For my experiments, I need to simulate a small set of ROIs (1 or 2), and monitor the neural activity with EEG and BOLD.

So far, I've tested two methods :

- 1 : Recreate a connectivity ZIP file with centers, areas, weights,... This fails, because I don't have a proper Region Mapping file (and don't really know how to create one for my problem)

- 2 : Keeping the default  connectivity_76 file, but setting every weights at 0, except the ones corresponding to the ROIs we want to keep. This still does not work, because, even if the ROIs are not connected, they are still "active"

I was wondering if someone already done that, or if there exist other solutions to achieve that.

Thanks a lot for your help !

Have a great day,
