How to use VTB to simulate brain tissue instead of whole brain

Hi,

I'm just starting my phd studies and I'm curious about how can I use this  software for modelling just a piece of a brain tissue, like ina pteri dish existing thing and not a real full brain.

TVB really isn’t meant for modelling cell cultures.  There are other packages that you should explore, many of which are listed in NeuroML
