Model calibration on a cohort

Hi,

I am not sure this is the right place to ask, but I thought I'd give it a shot. Does anyone know if there is an approach to do model calibration on a whole cohort (other than doing each subject one at a time)? I am not looking for ideas on how to do it, I am looking for a benchmark, something that has been used before.
