Hello everyone, and happy new year.
My team seeks to use The Virtual Brain to model experiential states as network-level synchrony, examine their robustness under noise, and test whether such states can reliably engage subcortical regulatory nodes within a biologically plausible connectome.
I’m currently running into a limitation regarding hypothalamic representation. I’ve gone through prior forum discussions and datasets but haven’t found a TVB-compatible connectome that includes hypothalamic nuclei with an appropriate connectivity matrix. If such a resource exists, I’d be grateful for pointers. Otherwise, I’d appreciate suggestions on best-practice alternatives for modeling hypothalamic involvement within TVB.
I look forward to helpful suggestions. Thank you!!
