Hi there,

Does anyone know how to set different weights of connections to the excitatory and inhibitory populations in the same nodes in GUI?
For example, in Wilson-Cowan model, the long-range connections to both excitatory and inhibitory populations in the same nodes are denoted by Γ(E_k,E_j,u_kj ) in the equations, i.e., same connection to both populations. Are there any ways to vary these terms in the inhibitory and excitatory equations by setting different weights of connection to each populations in GUI?
Thank you very much for your time and comments!

hi

In the tutorials on epilepsy,

https://docs.thevirtualbrain.org/tutorials/Tutorials.html

you will see a step where the parameters of each node can be modified individually, and you should be able to do what you want in this part of the GUI.

cheers,
Marmaduke
