Hi all,

In connectivity_192 there are some "fake nodes", in the sense that they all refer to the same position. I was wondering why of this and if this would not invalidate the EEG.

Best,

hi

I think this is the connectome with thalamic nodes, which is why the positions are similar.

cheers,

Marmaduke

Hi,

The positions don't seem to be similar, they seem identical. But even if they were similar, then which positions did you project? Does the projection matrix still work for the generation of the EEG signal despite these thalamic nodes?

Thanks.
