If anyone has a truck or SUV and is willing to pick up this telescope, please let me know.

My small car cannot fit these boxes.

Pickup is in Temecula.

Friday will work. Where and when?  It will require some time to put it back together. Also the boxes are big and will require an SUV or pickup size capacity. Looking forward to meeting.

Hi, I'm the former owner of the Meade LXD-75 8-inch Schmidt Newtonian Telescope.

I bought it new from Meade and have used it about 6 times in the field. I don't have any photographs of it but I can state that it is in an as-new condition. It has spent most of its life in the manufacturers boxes.

When I gave it to Dana It had everything that came with it when new including the tripod, Mount, Sighting scope, controller, focuser, eyepiece and all the optical adapters.

My reason for stopping using it was that I moved to Aguanga and began to work on my own 2-room observatory with a permanent equatorial mount and a C14 SCT.

I have attached the User Manual (PDF) and an excerpt from the Meade Catalog for anyone who is not familiar with the telescope.
