Neat looking eyepiece! At 8.8 mm, it will give you a high magnification in your 9.25 SCT, for lunar and planetary closeups, with the widest field of view possible! Looks like it could be a heavy eyepiece, but on your scope that should not be an issue. The
weight could be a factor for balance on a Newtonian, if the mount is not robust enough, but in a scope with a shorter focal length, this eyepiece could bring a nice medium magnification, without needing to use a Barlow! Good luck with this eyepiece, and maybe
