Good Morning,I wanted to reach out to you regarding your June 1st meeting that is scheduled at the Temecula Public Library. We were just informed that the Library Community Room will be a Vote Center for the June Primary election and they need the Community Room from May 29th - June 2nd .
I have a few options regarding your June 1st meeting, I can move you to the Conference Center here at City Hall at no additional charge or I can move you to Monday June 8th at the Library but you will need to be on the "A" side instead or I can move you to Monday June 15th on the "B" side.
Please let me know which option would work best and thank you for your understanding.

I needed to reach out to you to let you know that for your September 8th meeting the Library is going to be having some maintenance done and both Community Room A & B will be unavailable. I can move your meeting to Monday September 22nd or if you want to keep the Monday September 8th date I can move you for the one meeting to the Conference Center over by City Hall.
