Open letter to TVA Board and Membership regarding: Murrieta Valley
Unified School District.
Vista High School Observatory/Outreach Fundraising Project.
Has TVA decided to cancel its relationship with Murrieta School
District/Vista High School? No one showed up to the meeting 1/15/2026
at 1:30 PM, not one TVA officer.
Has the BOD had any meetings regarding our relationship / partnership
with the Murrieta Valley Unified School District and Vista High School.
They want to move ahead with this project as soon as possible with TVA
conducting and managing the Fund Raising for said project as discussed
in the 1st meeting December 8, 2025. Has TVA setup a fundraising
account with the bank with logistics on depositing donations and Tax
exempt letters for donors. Vista High school wants a QR to simplify the
donation process.
I have been rendering advice on equipment, building and planning to
Randy White per TVA’s original meeting with Vista High School officials
and Dr. Andrus -Superintendent of Murrieta Valley Unified School
District. Dr. Andrus is ready to go…
I don’t know what the TVA BOD has voted on or resolutions passed. I
could not answer their questions. As far as I know TVA wanted to
continue the project and work with the Murrieta Valley Unified School
District. I promised I would get the information to the Board and the
appropriate TVA Officers would follow up with them as soon as possible.
They are anxiously waiting to go to the next step. They are all very
enthusiastic, but it was embarrassing that no officers from TVA were
present. It is not my place to commit TVA to anything, that is up to an
officer or board member. I suggest that TVA has a meeting with all
concerned parties regarding this.

Sam . I know the set up was scheduled and was a success. I am not part of this process, Who was supposed to be there? And what was the goal for today?
Is a reschedule set and who is heading the project. Oh Sam, that must have been so awkward.
