Hello,

I'm trying to load the Boost library. I'm following the instructions:

Building Cufflinks from source

In order to build Cufflinks, you must have the Boost C++ libraries (version 1.47 or higher) installed on your system. See below for instructions on installing Boost.

Installing Boost

  1. Download Boost and the bjam build engine.
  2. Unpack bjam and add it to your PATH.

How do you download the " bjam build engine" ?
Once downloaded, how do we unpack and add it to PATH

Thanks!

Maybe this install method would help :http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/view/cvs/general/boost.html

Then, the location of the files should be noted. It seems the Boost folks changed the lib install directory to /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/ a while ago.
