Thispage offers a Vice City property locations map, where to find all safehouses and assets, and once you have saved up the cash, what property you should by first in GTA Vice City.

Housing properties are divided into two categories in the game, Safehouses and Assets. Safehouses are scattered across the map providing saving points, vehicle storage of different sizes, and in some cases, weapons for you to equip.

Assets will be available after completing the mission "Shakedown", and also involve a variety of services that can generate profit for you. However, for you to achieve that you will need to finish a questline related to the Asset involved, and each one has its own chain of missions.

Not only is it a cheap property, easy to buy early into the game, but also provides a save point on the opposite side of Vice Beach, so it becomes very practical in case you don't want to waste time traveling back to Ocean View Hotel to save your game.

As an alternative, you could also aim a bit higher and buy either the Links View Apartment or El Swanko Casa, since those have vehicle storage, which can prove useful if you want to own different cars - or just want to look really, really cool.

If you have money to spare, you can extend yourself into buying the expensive Hyman Condo, which is worth a shocking $14,000 but provides storage for up to 8 vehicles and has its own helipad - perfect for storing a helicopter making it a very useful property in the long run.

Grand Theft Auto Vice City is one of the most enjoyable games in the series. The Miami-inspired setting allows for an enjoyable romp through unique landscapes that have a ton to offer you. While it's a shame that you still can't swim in this game, this is just a small complaint that doesn't take away from the excellent quality of this title at all.

Tommy Vercetti is an excellent protagonist, whose vocal personality feels like a fresh change of pace from Claude's oppressive silence. With how much money you can make from investing your money right, it's obvious that you would want to do everything perfectly in this title. Here are all the assets that Tommy can invest in to gain a steady level of profit.

Updated October 31, 2023 by David Michael Kinder: While nothing has changed in the grand scheme of things, Vice City is still as timeless as ever. Even though you can't play the original version anymore, the Definitive Edition is a slightly polished upgrade. Another bonus is that the asset costs are all the same as well. While it isn't perfect, it's ideal for players who want the game to reflect their nostalgia. Having achievements doesn't hurt, either. The urge to 100% games is a hard one to beat.

The Vercetti Estate is one of the most important properties in the entire game. Not only does it net a substantial profit of $5,000, but it also serves as the stage for some of the game's biggest moments.

The estate is inspired by Tony Montana's mansion in Scarface and is a blast to explore. The fact that the decor of the mansion changes after every mission is also a huge positive. It's these little details that make Vice City feel more dynamic and alive.

Weapons are a huge part of what makes GTA games so much fun to roam around in. Besides, everyone has a favorite weapon they love to use. It's also why Phil's Place is one of the most valuable assets in the game.

This area is unlocked as a profitable asset after completing the final Malibu Club mission. The weapons you can get here are extremely powerful. With options like the Rocket Launcher to the Minigun, you can dispatch unwanted enemies with ease.

Aside from the hilarious name, you'd assume that the Cherry Popper Ice Cream Factory is one of the more disappointing properties in Vice City. However, it's after players invest in this asset that they realize just how much potential it really has.

Purchasing this asset allows you to embark on three entertaining missions where you'll be pitted against another company called Vice City Cabs. Completing these missions unlocks a serviceable asset that will provide a fair amount of earnings.

The car dealership has a list of cars that it wants to "acquire" to improve its offerings. Each car that Tommy steals for the showroom increases the overall profit gain by a substantial margin. After all your hard work, you even get a hotrod to race around the city.

It was only a given that a company that printed newspapers and magazines would decide to start printing money in the twisted world of Vice City. The missions of the Print Works end up being quite engaging as a result.

The Print Works also plays a major role in the main storyline, with the second-to-last mission of the entire game coming from this asset. It's one of the most important assets that you can purchase in the game.

The boatyard is another great asset that provides its fair share of eventful moments in Vice City. There might be only two missions for this asset, but they're entertaining enough to make this optional asset quite engaging, regardless.

The Viceport Boatyard nets a maximum profit of $2,000 after you're done with both missions. It's not a huge amount, but it's still a good and reliable cash flow to compensate you for all your troubles.

InterGlobal Studios is one of the prime assets in Vice City, with a whole host of missions taking place here. The asset missions required to unlock the full potential of its revenue are pretty entertaining and unique.

It helps that the missions are fairly hilarious and over-the-top as well, parodying an industry that is pretty open when it comes to its various facets. Helping the studio advertise its movies will let you enjoy the $7,000 profit that can be generated, as a result.

The Pole Position Club is a strip club that is easily one of the strangest assets in the entire game. Unlike most of the other assets in Vice City, the club doesn't feature a specific set of asset missions.

Instead, there's a completely different way to unlock the full revenue potential of this asset. Tommy needs to go to this club and initiate a private dance, spending a total of $300. Given that Tommy spends $5 for 5 real-world seconds, this means that you'll need to sit through this private dance for a total of five minutes.

The club sets the stage for some of the best missions that come near the latter half of the game, serving as a reward for players who manage to gather the funds to unlock this expensive property. The fact that it's inspired by The Babylon Club from Scarface is also a huge bonus!
