Hi,
i gave tuttle a first try on my mac, first i ran into a problem of a missing library which i now found somehwere else and symlinked to the expected directory. So i guess it's more of a packing problem and i wrote frederic devernay about.
Now, with the symlinked library, i just get this not very informative output:
any clues what i can try? The image sequence is recorded by my Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera - which supposedly records compressed DNG (unlike the other Blackmagic Cameras which record uncompressed DNG's) - is this maybe the problem already, can libraw read compressed dng?
any help is appreciated. cheers, e.

Hi,
Is it possible to share with us a sample of the image ?
We don't test all formats, I will test first if the reader for this
kind of format.
Thanks,

I think this is not necessarily dng related, i just tried converting various clip formats to others while applying a LUT and it gives the same error. can you confirm that this feature (applying a .cube LUT while converting) actually works at all?
cheers, e.

Hi,
Could you provide your lut file ?
You could try with the lut node based on ocio, which is more up-to-date. We may remove the basic lut plugin as the other one supports more formats:
Could you try that?
/opt/TuttleOFX/bin/sam do reader /Volumes/till01/till_1_2014-07-23_1204_C0000/till_1_2014-07-23_1204_C0000_######.dng // ocio.lut /Users/till_old/Downloads/HooksLUT/Hook_BMDFilm2Vid_V1.1.cube // w test.mov mainPreset=prores-hq

i think it would be great if the documentation of Tuttle/Sam would be clearer about what the program in its current development state can do and what are more planned or outdated features. So far i havent been able to do any kind of successfull conversion with it. Is it aimed towards one specific workflow, that maybe is not what i try to do? Also, a more informative exit status would be great, it is really hard to find out which part of the pipeline actually failed and for what reason.
