Open Source Cafe Update

Hi guys,
Some of you may know that for the last three years I've been trying to
set up a similar project, however my angle is I want to be able to use
the space for helping people find out more about free software.
I have a friend who is currently looking for a cafe to lease in London
- we had a possible in Archway but they were asking too much for what
was a short lease.
One of the hardest things I've found in my journey so far is
convincing the people with the money that it's worth investing in -
it's something which is apparent but unproven - I don't have that
problem with this person.

It basically says we're looking for somewhere which is an existing
cafe as costs of starting from scratch are way too much, so this is
just a shout out to people to keep their eyes open for any possible
places...

I assume you're keeping an eye on what comes up on gumtree.com?

Thanks for the link - just been spending the last few hours going through listing sites whilst listening to Deek create a song on riseandshine.tv - will add it to the list. I've been looking for contracts on gumtree and completely forgot it has property too!
