   This has reference to the previous email dated,28 November 2013 and the subsequent discussions between you and the council president, Lim Ben-Jie from time to time on the subject matter. We, on behalf of Taylor’s University Student Council regret to state that despite of giving sufficient opportunity there is lack of initiative and improvement towards your roles and responsibilities as a council committee member.     

 

   Considering the seriousness of the matter, it has been decided that your role as committee member in Taylor’s University Student Council had been terminated with immediate effect.

Please remove Jia Wing from all TUSC internal communications platform. i.e Facebook group, whatsapp chat group etc.
