I am writing to inform you that your attendance in Taylor’s University Student Council Meeting is unsatisfactory, and an immediate improvement is required. According to records, you are absent in the past 2 meetings held without prior notices.
Your absence in these meetings is considered a breach of your expected and entrusted role as Taylor’s University Council Member. In consequence of the fact that it is clearly stated in Taylor’s University Student Council Constitution that a member may be expelled from a group if they have poor attendance at meetings without any valid reasons [Article 21, Section 4.7].Hence, failure to address your attendance problem will result in expulsion from this constitution.
Once again, this email will serves as your official warning letter. Your role as Taylor’s University Campus Welfare Committee Member will be terminated if your conduct does not improve by 30th of April 2014.
