I trust that the venue booking for Outside The Grand Hall on 31st March (11-2pm) has been done.

These are the few arrangements that we need the awesome SDH staffs to help:

1. Colour print A3 Posters X3

2. OL Emcees to make announcement during and before UniWelcome ends

3. Request to insert our Lunch Poster into the UniWelcome slides

4. Request OL in-charge to share our Lunch Project through the Orientation Ldrs Facebook Page. (Please copy the write up from our TUSC FB page, image as attached)
