Turtl hangs while"Loading notes..."

OS: MacOS Mojave, v10.14.5
Turtl version:desktop-0.7.5
Logged in as [deleted for privacy] (on https://apiv3.turtlapp.com)

My installation of Turtl has stopped loading my notes. I can login, and it launches, but it hangs on the "Loading notes..." stage. I've let it run for as long as 30 minutes.

Things I've tried:

1. Deleting the 'Application Support'/Turtl file and relaunching

2. Deleting the app and re-installing
3. Buying a Premium subscription (in case I've exceeded my free allotment)
4. Check the "Clear local data" button and login again.
