can't install android app

Hi everyone !
The 0.6.4 was working fine, but I can't install the 0.7.1
The Play Store says me that my device is not compatible, and when I try to install the apk, I've got an error.
My device is a LG G4
(sorry for my english)

Odd, your phone is an armv8 architecture, which we do support (my phone is the same cpu class). What version of android OS do you have? We currently support v6+ (Marshmallow and above).

You can try to download the apk from https://github.com/turtl/android/releases, and install

Yes, we only support Android 6.0+ right now. There are features in the app that require 6.0+, so we put that as a minimum requirement.

For now you can stay on v0.6.4 (there's nothing wrong with the old app, it's just getting outdated). We may at some point release a version of the new app that works on older devices.

Great! If you have problems, let me know and we can try to include an older version of the Android system in our build at some point in the near future.

Hi Andrew,

Is it possible to include a version of turtl client that will install on android 5.1.1? I have a galaxy note 10.1 that will not run an older version (unless rooted, which i cant be bothered to this days due to not having the time to sort out the issues that come with it) and the old version does not connect to the new server (self hosted).

I dont mind downloading the apk instead of getting it on play store but the current version will not install, as noted above.
