Turquilt project & Google Code deprication

Hello fellow Turquilt folks, here's a blast from the past...  

Remember RHOK a couple years ago when we hacked up the Turquilt app?  We hosted it on Google Code, which is about to shut down.

I went through and saved all the files into the attached zip file, for posterity sake. 

If anyone is interested in maintaining Turquilt by mirating it to GitHub, you're more than welcome to... just please let us know so nobody duplicates efforts (I'm NOT planning to do it).
