CentOS 6.4 64-bit tested works fine.

$ cd /var/tmp; wget http://rfc5766-turn-server.googlecode.com/files/turnserver-3.0.1.4-CentOS6-x86_64.tar.gz;
$ tar xvfz turnserver
-3.0.1.4-CentOS6-x86_64.tar.gz
$ cd turnserver
-3.0.1.4; ./install.sh
$ chkconfig turnserver on
; service turnserver restart
$ tail
-f /var/tmp/messages

- see by default it follows the rfc5766 when you (as client) start request with server

There are plenty of links with config examples on the front page of the project. Also, you have wiki pages.
