TURN & STUN server setup on On-Premise environment

I need to setup TURN & STUN server on On-Premise Ubuntu-20.04LTS distribution.
The documents gone through online sources, mentioned that Cloud platform and public IP are required. So please let me know can I able to install/setup Coturn on Local/On-Premise environment?
