Unknown Indication 001c for TCP TURN

According to wireshark I have done the following successfully.
1. Created an allocation
2. Created permission for peer

When the peer opens a connection to the relay address that was allocated, the Server is sending the client a STUN message type of 0x001c, along with XOR address, Connection ID. I was expecting message type of 0x000c. What does this mean?

That value has a complex encoding scheme. See the RFC 5389 for the
explanations how methods are encoded for the indications.
