How to test RFC 6062?

hi, there,

I am testing a case as shown in the following figure (RFC 6062).

In this link:

I found:

8) -y means that the clients will connect to the 'neighbor' clients, no peer app will be used.

I was wondering what's meaning of 'neighbor' clients? Is it another client running on the same machine which is used to send/recv packets?

I want to test a scenario shown in the following figure. Seems this script can not do that. Where can I find a TURN TCP Peer?
