Speaking of performance and stability is using Cygwin to run the TURN server a good choice or not? and if not, why? I've seen in some comments that using Cygwin with TURN is not recommended for production and is only recommended for R&D, but I don't really know is that still true in the latest versions of both Cygwin and TURN server. Note: The number of the possible concurrent users of the TURN in my case will not be more than 3 or 4.
Thanks in advance.

If thi sis about just a few concurrent users, then Cygwin platform may
be OK. But you have to test it - whether it works for you.
I personally do not see a reason to use Cygwin for a production setup.
It will require more efforts, actually.
