Hi,

I am using the command

/usr/bin/turnutils_uclient -v -t -p 443 -u <myusername> -w <mypassword>  -s <my turn ip address>

To probe whether our turn server is working properly. However I am always seeing 100% packet loss.

0: Total connect time is 4

9: Average jitter -nan ms; min = 4294967295 ms, max = 0 ms

Checking on my Turn server, it looks like all the request passed in is successfully handled. And if I capture the packets it looks like Turn server is also sending back the packet but some how it is not received on the client side. Can I do something about this to make it work?
48: session 000000000000000003: user <myusername>: incoming packet SEND processed, success
48: read_client_connection:4008:start
48: read_client_connection: data.buffer=0x7fcc58018c9c, data.len=144
48: handle_turn_send:2581:start
48: handle_turn_send:2676:end
with 10 repetition.
user <myusername>: incoming packet REFRESH processed, success
51: write_client_connection:3802:start
51: write_client_connection: prepare to write to s 0x7fcc58029710
51: write_client_connection:3824:end
51: read_client_connection:4106:end

Thanks a lot for your help and time!
Justin

You have to analyze your network topology - the firewall and NAT rules, etc.
