turnutils_uclient cannot receive response from turnserver #1333

I am setting up a TURN server on an Ubuntu VM on Google Cloud,

• When testing with turnutils_uclient, the server-side says 'allocated success', but the client-side says 'tot_recv_bytes=0'.

My question: What is possibly the problem here? Is it true that my turnserver is not functioning properly? Why is it that the client does not receive response?
