Do you know how to speak English and need practice? Why not take a break from the books and theories and join this English Club tomorrow? Practice your English in an informal environment. Make new friends. Make new everlasting friendships. Bring your thoughts and your beers :P...or whatever you like. Invite your friends who speak English too, everyone is welcome!!
Use what you learn
An English Club is a place for language learners or speakers to use English in a casual setting. If you just study, you focus on one skill and one item at a time, however, joining The English Conversation Club you won't waste what you know, you will learn some more and keep practicing all the grammar points together. Will only theory and books make you remember how to use your skills next week, or next year? In an English Club, you get a chance to practice many different skills in a setting that is more like real life. Though your English Club friends will require you to speak clearly and listen carefully.
Rule: Speaking English ONLY (from "Hi" to "Bye")
Next meeting will be held at Unisul, Pedra Branca - Palhoça (on Saturday at 1:30pm). For the following meetings the group may decide where to go to. It would be helpful if we had willing members to host, so we could alternate places. Lakes, or pubs and bars would be some other options, but for that we may discuss the pros and cons later.
What to bring?
You can bring whatever you want. If you want to bring something to drink (like beer, for instance, it’s up to you!). And if you would like to show the group books or articles, bring them up too! And last but not least, if you are a guitar player you may just bring your guitar along with you so we can have extra fun!!! Yet the meeting will take about 2 hours, so we won’t need much of anything. Feel free though!! :D

And if you are interested in coming two Saturdays from here, write me back just so I know. Then, I will write back to you and tell you when and where our next meetings will take place. If you have any ideas for this club, please send me an email today.
