Colleagues and Friends,

     This afternoon, I gave an interview to CBS42 in Birmingham on Turkish earthquakes. Reporter said they will air a small piece of it at 10:00 p.m. news tonight. I wish the interview was not on this sad event. But earthquakes are important natural hazards and therefore public awareness is very important.

     If you are still up for the 10:00 p.m. news after the State of the Union address, you might want to watch the CBS42 10:00 p.m. news for the short clip on the Turkish earthquakes.
