We are pleased to invite you to the second series of webinars on 3D Digitisation and Digital Transformation of Cultural Heritage, hosted by the International Council on Archives (ICA) and the
EUreka3D Consortium. Following the success of last year's edition, which gathered over 300 participants from around the world, we continue this important conversation on the future of cultural
heritage preservation.
The first session, on 26 September 2024, will be led by
Frederik Temmermans, a Multimedia Interoperability Researcher at Vrije Universiteit Brussel-imec and a member of the JPEG committee. This webinar will explore advancements in AI-powered image processing tools and their impact on media authenticity
and transparency, an increasingly vital topic as we navigate the challenges of preserving genuine cultural heritage in a digital age.
