Saturday 9/12 Ultimate is GAME ON. Looks to be outstanding weather.
Now is the time to let your body love you. ;)

Also: Next Saturday night (9/19) Jenny Bernal is having a party just a
few blocks from weekly frisbee, featuring live music from at least three
Ultimate Frisbee players (Jim Schuster, Rick Thier, Dave Nevins; and
good friend Bob Bullin) in conjunction with other live music. Pass the
word. Good cause.
