Saturday Night Party Potluck - Updated List

Many of you have not signed up yet for any of the food items so now is your chance.  Here's an update list of items still needed and waiting for any takers.  Our list of partygoers keep growing and is now up to about 45 people.  If you have friends who are coming to the party on Saturday night, it is important that you let me know so we can adjust our food items accordingly.

 

Vegetable tray (1 person)

Cut-up fruits - cantaloupe, strawberries, watermelon, and pineapple (2 persons) (please bring already cut up fruits or you can cut them up at the campsite just bring your own knife and containers)

20 Hot dogs (2 persons)

30 Hamburgers (need 1 more person)

15 Chicken (3 persons)

Hamburger buns (1 person 30 burger buns)

Cole slaw (1 person) bring a container and serving utensil ready to be served

Potato salad (1 person) bring a container and serving utensil

Charcoal and match to light fire (need 1 more person)

Marshmallows and graham crackers good for 40 people (2 persons)

Trash bags (1 person)

Lots of bottled water (4 people)

Cans of soda (3 people)

Long sticks to roast our marshmallows during the campfire (2 persons)

 

Additionally, we need lots of assistance with the following pre- and post party activities:

Cooking (2 persons)

Food setup (2 persons)

Food clean-up (5 persons)

Campfire setup (1 person)

Guitarists (2 persons - bring guitar and music pieces for the singing)

Bongos and other musical instruments that would make our party lively
