Binaries, source tarball, and change log are here:
https://github.com/TurboVNC/turbovnc/releases/tag/3.3.1

Note that this release includes a few minor new features/enhancements:

- Viewer: 3-button mouse emulation (to address a feature regression
relative to the native Windows TurboVNC 2.2.x Viewer)
* Refer to the TurboVNC Viewer parameter documentation, links to
which are provided in the "Viewer Settings" section of the TurboVNC
Viewer User's Guide.

- Server: Re-implementing the legacy init.d script for Linux as a
systemd service (previously announced here:
https://groups.google.com/g/turbovnc-announce/c/4gFADlci-_8)

- Server: An undocumented TurboVNC Server Security Configuration File
directive (no-x11-host-access) that can be used to disable X11
host-based access (e.g. 'xhost +', 'Xvnc -ac') for all TurboVNC sessions
running on a particular host.
* This prevents users from accidentally opening X permissions to
their session, which other users of the system could exploit to generate
a new one-time password for the session.
* Granting X11 access using cookies/xauth still works.
* Feedback requested regarding whether this feature is useful. (If
so, then it will be documented.)

If you encounter any problems with these features, then please file a
GitHub issue (https://github.com/TurboVNC/turbovnc/issues/new) or send a
message to the turbovnc-users mailing list
(https://groups.google.com/g/turbovnc-users).
