Defect in Projection Map - Iceland to Sweden bridge not shown

Noticed attacks are possible between Sweden and Iceland, though only bridge visible Eastward from Iceland is to the UK.

Thanks, I fixed the map awhile ago and sent it to the program's author
but he never uploaded the new version. I'll try emailing him again.

Yes Nathan, you're quite right, I've been quite lazy in updating TurboRisk and its files in the last two years :-)

Hopefully I will find some time for a small upgrade in the next weeks.
