I started out playing 9 Vexers and lost, then 6 of them got eliminated leaving a completely runaway game where no one can annihilate the other.

Where it stops, no one knows...I thought it would stop at 65,536 armies...maybe 99,999 armies?

If I smoke my processor, I guess I'll have to ask for a refund...no seriously, Intel will cover on warranty...not worried.  ;-P

I wonder if anyone has run into a game like this that can never end. Over 100k armies for each of the three.

I actually don't know what the army limit is before it gives an error...thought it would happen already.

Hi, welcome to the forum,,,Yes this sort of thing can happen quite a lot :)

My original players were the worst for it I think - they sometimes got into deadlock situations due to gaps in the AI.

The 2009 variants of my players were I hope a bit better..

vexer is normally better than my players at avoiding drawn games, but here those 3 players seem to be acting rationally - nothing to be gained,by attacking the other players, so one might wonder how much the same situation occurs between human players?
