How to find out if user is Admin

Hi,
is there a chance to find out if a user has administrative rights on his pc
?
I searched TSTNet.. but there doesn´t seem a method of this kind to exist;
if this isn´t possible with SysTools, does anybody know how to accomplish
this ??

Using SysTools 4.02 and Windows XP/NT/2000

As this is obviously not that easy, maybe TP could bring it on the wishlist

I hope the function on that website made it easy, as it looked like a
simple cut and past into your code to get working. Without that web
page I think I would not be considered easy :-)

The Free Jedi Library has a function called "IsAdministrator" which from
my testing works very well and simply returns a boolean.
