I am attempting to install the 4.02 upgrade for Systools and get the
following error message.

C:\TURBOPOWERSYSTOOLS\STBARC.PAS is not a valid previous version and could
not be upgraded.
I have deleted and reloaded from a Turbopower CD in case something was
touched, and still get this error message. Any ideas.

What is the date of the CD are you installing from? Also which
version of Systools is installed from that CD? With this information
it will help track down the reason for the failure.
