List out of bounds with TOvcFontComboBox

When using the above, if the printer is "not available" then I get a list
out of bounds error because the control can't access the printer fonts. The
printer may not be available because the customer is using a switchbox or
because they are using a peer2peer network and the computer which is hooked
up to the printer is turned off. It doesn't seem to matter whether I've set
the flag to only display TrueType fonts -- the control still searches for
all fonts and returns the error.
