TOvcCustomTable Focus problem

When my table has 1 row it, the first time someone tabs to the control
focus is set correctly on the second column as I would expect.
focus is set correctly on the second column as I would expect.
However, once you tab out of the control and back in, then focus is
not set on the first column. I'm not sure where the problem is. It
sure seems like TOvcCustomTable is getting lost about where focus
should go.
Any ideas?
