The short answer is: No, there is no such tool. Consider for instance the
possibility of firewalls (which, from the problem descriptions given, could
sound as one likely culprit). Would you expect FF (or the tool) to be able
to bypass the customer's firewall without manual intervention?

The best suggestion I have, is to make sure you have read all answers in the
main forum, and try following a step-by-step approach to checking what's the
problem at this customer. Tell us in full detail what you have tried etc.
