I have a project that needs to touch the original 1.30 to modify them to
work under Vpascal.

You have two options. You can either install OPRO on a slow machine then
copy the source files over, or you can use the LHARC (or LHA I can't
remember which it is) to extract the files manually.
You'll probably also need the OPCRT fix which cures the run-time error 200
on fast machines. You can find this here :-
