D/4PCI Playback is choppy over the phone

I have a D/4PCI Dialogic card installed and I am using Async Pro under
Windows 2000 to put together an ARU system.

I have been able to put most of it together testing the system
responses (SAPI 4) through my system's sound card. They sound great.
When I try to dial into the card, everything works and the system
plays the responses, but the playback over the phone is very choppy.
It seem like the sound cuts out every second or two for just a brief
moment.

I have tried posts on Intel's forum but I can't seem to get a
response. I don't know if this is a SAPI, Async Pro, Dialogic, or
Developer has his head up his A%% problem.

Can anyone please help?
