APAX And Windows XP

Hello,

I've developed two applications for file transfer with ZModem. One runs in a
server and the other one runs in all the computers that send files to the
server. It has been running fine with NT 4.0 for nearly one year. I
installed the client software in a computer with Windows XP
and my client software doesn't work properly.

The behaviour is that client computer connects to server computer but file
transfer doesn't start. I'm using the OnTapiConnect event in order to start
file transfer with StartTransmit method. It seems as the OnTapiConnect event
not being fired.

I've upgraded APAX control to version 1.1.2 but the problem persists.

Could you give any hint about this problem?

Try the OnTapiPortOpen event instead of the OnTapiConnect. The OnTapiConnect
fires before the data connection is established and is used for TAPI voice
enabled applications. The OnTapiPortOpen event should work better, as it
will fire when a data connection has been established. Let me know if that
fixes the problem. Thank you.
