When loading an app with a APR 1.12 control, I get an access violation while
the app is loading its dlls. The blow up occurs well before any of the app
code executes, just after the OCX is loaded and it starts loading its DLLs.
The problem only occurs on Win98. So, it appears that it is a DLL dependency
issue. Has anyone experienced similar problems, or knows what it could be?
