When i will run a VFP 7 application on an other machine than the develpment
machine i get the next Error:

You basically get a developer's license, each developer will need his/her
own license. The license allows you to use the control in a design-time
environment. Run-time use is royalty free, you can distribute the APAX1.OCX
to your hearts content. You can't distribute the APAX1.LIC file, that is
what lets you use it in a design-time environment.

Does VFP let you generate an EXE to test on the other machine?
