Hi all

I'm using APAX within an Omnis Studio Apllication I can send and recieve
files etc, via the TAPI commands but no matter what I do I cannot get the
status lights to correctly show me the modem status. I just get all lights
turned off.

If anybody has any ideas, I would be very grateful

Regards

I am not familiar with Omnis Studio, or aware of any problems with the
status lights of our control. It sounds like the events are firing as you
would expect. Do you have an EXE that would allow me to select my modem here
and dial out to see for myself what you are saying. I am not sure I can do
anything about this, but there is an OnTapiStatus event along with the other
events where you can display what is happening to a ListBox. A description
of what is happening is what I like in my applications, rather than watching
the lights anyhow. I hope that helps.

Here is a quick test library, if you download the development version of
Omnis you can see the code as the library is not locked. Although I am going
to use the logging and status log to generate an event viewer. It would be
nice to be able show the status lights as well, for an at a glance whats
going on with my modem feature. Omnis Studio 3.2.1 is available from :

Hope you can help
